This is my second time in several years I have purchased an appliance with B&S in Arlington. I dealt with the Asst Store Mgr, David, who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and forthcoming. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend. B&S to anyone.

Writing to note that the salesperson, Arinze, was extremely helpful and kind as we sought to obtain a new refrigerator/freezer as quickly as possible. The one in our home had died and it's a challenge to live without it. He took the time-- on the phone on a Friday evening, no less-- to identify which was available the soonest and found us an earlier delivery appointment than other competitors in the DC area. I highly recommend reaching out to Arinze Nkwanze at the Arlington location.

Excellent advice and direction in selecting my new dishwasher. I am pleased with the delivery and installation. If I need an appliance I will return to Bray & Scarff. I will also recommend to family, friends, and neighbors.

Earlier this week, I purchased a microwave, stove and washing machine from Bray & Scarff Arlington. I shopped the big box stores as well as a couple other appliance stores for my appliances before stopping by Bray & Scarff. The selection, quality and prices of the appliances on display were very competitive and the store staff helpful and personable. Joseph was great to work with and helped me find just what I was looking for. The delivery was seamless. They came at the beginning of the delivery-time window, removed the old appliances, brought in the new ones and ran test cycles. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Couldn’t be happier with my new appliances and purchase experience. Thank you Joseph and team!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had shopping for appliances! Veronica was extremely knowledgeable about the differences between models and brands. It shaped our decision - and she didn’t push for more expensive models. Even when we discovered that we were building outside of their delivery area, she continued to help us and offered to price out the different lines we were looking at. As a bonus they had great deals and financing. Just an absolute class act of a store - highly recommend!

We received a prompt welcome when we walked in to Bray & Scarf Arlington on Small Business Saturday. Joseph was very knowledgeable when explaining the features of dishwashers and answered all of our questions clearly. He explained the costs, sales prices, delivery, installation, and service support available. It was a pleasant experience. We would recommend this store for appliance shopping.

I wanted to update my experience with Bray & Scarf because it continues to solidify my decision to purchase a refrigerator from them as well as the excellent customer service I continue to receive. I was having difficulty with one of the rebates for the product that I bought. I stopped in on a whim, and Joseph took excellent care of me. He actually got online with me sitting next to him and he completed all the necessary information for me to receive the rebate. I will definitely be back to this store for my next appliance purchase! This was my first time shopping at Bray & Scarff and it exceeded my expectations. I was in search of a new refrigerator. I worked with Katie A and she was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Now, I'm going to date myself a bit hear, but it reminded me of buying an appliance from Sears because the customer service was so good. These days, I'm used to going to a big box store like Home Depot, which is usually a horrible experience because it is hard to get help and people are not always that knowledgeable. I decided to try something different this time and I'm glad I did!

I bought 2 GE products, a washer and an oven, for my first purchase from Bray & Scarff [Arlington]. The reviews are true - this team is exceptional!! The store manager (I believe), David Arragaw, was incredibly communicative and professional throughout the process. The team installing and hauling away the old appliances were on time, considerate of the home as they installed, and very courteous. From this experience, I would undoubtedly recommend others use this store. Bray & Scarff has a lifelong customer in me as a result of providing outstanding customer service. Thank you!!
